Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in 30% of your service being charged to your card on file. No exceptions. We allow a 15 minute grace period past your booked appointment time. If we do not hear from you within that time frame, you will be charged the late/no-show fee - 30% of the booked service(s). NO SHOWING Your appointment will result in 100% of your scheduled service cost being charged to your card on file. If this happens more than twice, unfortunately you will automatically be restricted from online booking for future services. No exceptions.
